Yes. Brad is a VBA-registered builder (DB-U 21696) and holds a Cert III in Concreting (CPC 30313 / R1130915). We carry Public Liability and WorkCover — certificates available with every quote.
Concrete is going to shrink — our job is to control where it cracks. We design control joints to engineer or industry-best spacing, use F72 mesh as a minimum (or fibre where appropriate), and dampen-cure for the first 72 hours. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it — guaranteed satisfaction.
Yes — a big chunk of our work is trade. We hold trade pricing for builders pouring 4+ slabs a year, and we're comfortable working to engineer plans, architect specs and consultant supervision.
Everywhere within 50 km of the CBD — east to Croydon, north to Greenvale, west to Werribee, south to Mornington. Further afield by arrangement; we still travel to old clients on the Surf Coast.
Driveway or path: 3–5 days from prep to seal. House slab: 7–10 days. Polished concrete on existing slab: 5–7 days. We give you a day-by-day schedule before we start.
